P.S: I made most of the draft two or three months ago but I somehow don't have the feeling to post it (Though I know I have a very less number of readers). This night I am feeling to post it and I am going to do it ASAP as nowadays my mood changes very quickly.
A letter from Ran Parkar is my try to talk with you or with the later me, a little bit more personally. Only raw feelings, no insipirations to my readers, to the world. It is you who can make this try very useful.
Letter 1
Life is a very strange player now a days. Like the ending of Dujoy Datta's Till the last breath , it is not going to be with the so-called deserved one. We regularly watching news of thousands of people dying in the time of pandemic but still some of us are not taking this seriously.
I wanted to find these days a lively person. I started searching, that person who was standing under a pleasant blue sky seeing the rainbow and smiling and having a happy lively heart. It needs no more sentence to say that I failed. And I had to. No I am not in a mood of joking.
I saw life in one of my neighbours, a close neighbour. He didn't want a lot of things from life, he didn't want bunglow, car or have a huge dream. He just wanted to celebrate his life, every day each hour and each minute. He loved to live happily. He could find happiness everywhere. One day, I remembered that some from our area caught a small boy who was stealing mangoes from our trees. We tied him by a rope at the light post and making fun with him. Now you can consider it that the rich men of the town caught some poor villagers, because they were fulfilling their basic needs by taking some things from them. Actually society loves to make fun on it. Society loves to be a brilliant audience to see everything but to talk against nothing.
But that day, that neighbour came and released that boy and gave him some fruit from his own trees. Maybe that boy did a bad job. We never neglect a single opportunity to curse him but we have enough problem to say something good to that person who had done something really well.
Hritthik Roshan once said, in one of his interviews that, "I want to give love first, then I will be loved."
I think love should be a give & take policy. If we don't get a least amount of love from that loved person, we should stop. we should say our heart, "Dil samal ja Zara..you really have come a long way alone. You need to stop or else you will lost the way." After all, be selfish yaar and you have to be. Love your parents, your family, nature as much as as possible. But in a relationship, be selfish at first my friend.
kisi se itni bhi mohabbat mat karo
zaise, uske bagair tumhari ruh bhi tumhe fikeh lage.
kisi anjan sadak par, itni bhi na chale jao
zaise, wapaas ane wala rasta dhundna bhi impossible lage.
I can say a lot of sentences about love, life (I guess we all can say) and I will definitely but when I will want to. This part of my blogging is something very rare and close to my heart. I will write just whatevere my heart wants to write.
Let's come back to my that close neighbour. He has some negative points too. He always wanted to proove himself right. I knew that in 95% cases he was right but the society and its perception made him wrong.
Here I want to say something.
Maybe You alone are saying something and a thousand people in front of you is saying the completely opposite thing. If you know you are saying the truth. Then it is the truth. Nothing really matters...
He went to that society where he would be right most of the time. Where nobody will stop him to live a lively life, enjoy every moment of the day.
On such a time of pandemic. He left us. I am writing it after more than a couple of months. But Sombhu Jethu I really miss you. I really miss the debate with you. Your questions, your explanations, your presence I really miss them a lot.
That's all for today
See you in the next letter, Ran Parkar.
